Job Description:

Responsible for the review, assessment, and transformation of business processes in an effort to help the Company implement value-add technology solutions by:
Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through technology, system, and non-system driven changes
Documenting as-is and to-be business functions and processes, including business needs and objectives, inputs and outputs, etc
Developing and maintaining business capability and system functionality roadmaps
Researching and preparing benchmark studies and consolidating information into cohesive and understandable forms for use in decision-making
Leading the preparation and presentation of proposals, including Business Solutions, DARs, Estimates, to develop or enhance systems and/or operational functions and workflows
Acting as a liaison between end-users, enterprise and solution architects, consultants, project teams, and other entities as initiatives migrate through operational phases (ideation to implementation)
Representing the functional and technical high-level requirements to all applicable stakeholders
Assisting in defining system implementation approach and operational concept and ensuring requirements are met and evaluated in conjunction with business stakeholders
Assisting in the development an overall change management strategy for given initiative
Assisting with capturing and measuring the value received from actual changes
Successful candidate must be self-directed, self-starter, engaged, and follow through on commitments. Skills include:
Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills
Understanding of systems engineering concepts
The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
Business case development
Modeling techniques and methods
Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions.
