NSA Overview The professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal - to protect our nation. The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from gaining access to sensitive of classified national security information. Facilities Project Managers work in the Facilities Project Management Group to provide 'cradle to grave' project management oversight for all related activities that support the completion of a specified project effort. Description of Position As a Facilities Project Manager at the NSA, responsibilities include: - Managing the budget and schedules for an entire project - Monitoring work to provide accurate reporting and assurance that the Government receives the specified outcomes - Evaluating quality of workmanship, safety, and environmental concerns - Coordinating related project activities that affect successful completion of the project effort to include systems furniture, communications, conventional furniture and any associated special electronic video equipment - Maintaining accurate electronic records and will be responsible for the accuracy of the project data and for the entire cost accounting of the project

Salary Range: $45,972 - 73,105 (Entry/Developmental) (NSAW) Salary Range: $42,462 - $67,523 (Entry/Developmental) (Hawaii) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Entry is with a Bachelor's degree and no experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience may be considered. Degree in a Construction or related field (e.g., Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Design, and Engineering) is required. If qualifying with a high school diploma, participation in a relevant Vocational/Technical program is preferred. Relevant experience must be in a facilities or construction related field. Construction management experience and a Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) certification is preferred. Salary Range: $68,036 - $106,012 (Full Performance) (NSAW) Salary Range: $62,841 - $97,918 (Full Performance) (Hawaii) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience may be considered. Degree in a Construction or related field (e.g., Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Design, and Engineering) is preferred. If qualifying with a high school diploma, participation in a relevant Vocational/Technical program is preferred. Relevant experience must be in a facilities or construction related field, and include project management (e.g., planning, resource management, scheduling, tracking/oversight, and quality assurance), preferably in a subject matter related to the position in which the candidate is applying. PMP, CAPM, and/or DAWIA certifications are preferred. Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) certification is preferred.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
On-the job training, Internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee. Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirements between 0600 and 1800 (flexible). Weekend and overtime work may be required. *Candidates hired for a position in Hawaii may be eligible to receive an annual recruitment incentive, not to exceed three years.
